Plan and Prepare for the Week - Family Meal Prep

You do not know what to cook for the entire week? We got ya!

As we are already busy in life, that part at least should be easy. There are plenty of dishes in the Mediterranean Cuisine who allow you a balanced diet, yummy dishes, a lot of variety and making every meal to an exquisite dish.

Screenshot, save or print our meal prep! Ideally have it on your fridge! :)

Starting the week - MONDAY:

Who else gets moody when they haven’t eaten properly?
Mondays are tough enough – you need something easy and delicious to lift the mood. Zucchini rolls are quick, light, and if you like, you can throw some tofu or meat into the pan to go with them.

Everyone needs one PASTA DAY - ours is TUESDAY:

Tuesdays can really drag. Good thing the food doesn’t have to. Caramelized onion pasta is super simple – just a bit of patience with the onions, and you get all the flavor without the fuss.

Okay, we made to the middle of the week - WEDNESDAY:

Midweek Treat. Perfect for roasted asparagus, crispy potato wedges, and a fresh green salad with Agnó pine tree honey and extra virgin olive oil dressing. Easy, good, and just what you need to keep going.

Busy days are sandwich days - THURSDAY:

Thursday is our packed schedule day – no time for big cooking! Quick and simple is the only way. And you can be super creative here - there are no limits how to mix and match. Veggie Version, Meat-Lovers, Vegan-Fans..  all of them are simply delicious!

FriYAY - close to the weekend with a nourishing traditional dish - FRIDAY:

Recipe’s still on the way, but trust me: it’s super easy and perfect to prep ahead. Best tip: cook double, fill half into a jar while it’s hot, flip it upside down, and stash it away the next day. If you’re short on time, just pop it open and you’re good to go.

Market, Sunshine, Quality time - that is the perfect SATURDAY:

Saturdays are made for slow cooking without stress. Toss the chicken into the oven, kick back, and let it do its thing. Maybe add some bread or a salad – done and happy.

Easy Comfort is what we all need on a casual SUNDAY:

Sundays are for taking it slow. Leftovers, eating out, or firing up the barbecue – whatever feels right. No pressure, just good vibes and good food. BBQ, Take away, Leftover - you choose!

Love,
